However, there could be complications if she has further work done on her buttocks, so the doctors aren't convinced they can help her. They don't think they can give her larger breasts either, and as she isn't ready to downsize, there may be very little the doctors can do to support her plans. They then meet Hope, a woman who has resorted to desperate measures to fix her breasts. Despite having several surgeries, they still don't look as they should, but there is hope that Terry can help her. Also on the show is Stacy, who brings a high-risk case to the doctors. She had grown up with a nose that was bigger than most and was bullied as a consequence. After going to a surgeon for help, matters were made worse when he punctured her nose during the operation. Wanting to feel beautiful again, she turns to Terry and Paul for help.
