The doctors meet Patricia, a steel worker turned model who regularly stops traffic because of her big butt. She has had surgical operations to increase its size but despite this, she is unhappy with the current look of her posterior because it has a flat surface. Patricia turns to doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif for advice but they have worrying words for her. If she has a further operation, there could be life-threatening consequences. Later, they meet Michael, who was left with a crooked nose following a childhood accident at his family home. While it has given him the opportunity to wow his friends with a party trick, he now wants the doctors to correct it with an open rhinoplasty. The plastic surgeons also meet Krystle, a young woman whose skin stretched dramatically after having a baby. Now tired of her pouchy look, she wants Paul to give her a new tummy tuck. However, the operation could be complicated.
Avery, a pop star impersonator, visits Terry and Paul after silicone injections leave her with a dented chin. They do what they can to help the talented performer, putting right what the previous surgeon did badly. They also meet 21-year old Tristan, who was left with a dented derriere after beating rare bone cancer as a child. While his tumour was removed, he was left with barely any butt muscle, and he hopes Terry and Paul have what it takes to help him. However, he is still traumatised by the surgeries he has had in the past and is unsure about having further operations, despite the positive results they could bring. The doctors then meet Kelsey, a young woman who has finally revealed her bad boob job to her mother after years of suffering. She spent all her money on the operation but instead of seeing perfect, perky breasts after surgery, she noticed a 'double bubble' instead. Thankfully, Terry and Paul know what they can do to help.
The doctors meet two young pop stars who are trying to make their way to centre stage. One of the duo, Ottavio, is desperate to get the ultimate pop star look and to achieve this, he once had filler put into his nose during a party. Unsurprisingly, this amateur op went wrong for the aspiring singer and he now wants it to be surgically altered. However, if he does go through with the surgery that is proposed to him, he is warned that he might need to take a break from his singing career. Terry and Paul then meet Alysia, a young woman who wants to correct her deformed breasts. They changed shape after getting a double mastectomy to beat cancer, and now she hopes Terry will improve her future by removing the signs from her troubled past. While he does what he can to transform Alysia's life, Paul meets Jessica, a cat lady who wants to fix the bad nose job that has been affecting her self esteem.
Rajee is back on the surgical reality show and she wants to have another facial procedure. However, another operation isn't going to be easy and Terry warns her that there could be risks involved. The plastic surgery experts then meet Bryan, a pop star impersonator who needs his nose fixed before his world tour. Not satisfied with the nose job he has already had, he turns to Terry and Paul for help, but he receives less than welcoming news. According to Paul, another operation could result in a collapsed nose and this could affect his breathing and his lip synching when he performs his act. The doctors then meet Brittany, a young woman who wants them to tweak her disproportionate boobs. She has kept her predicament a secret from her family and friends but now is the time for her to open up about her problem on air. Terry gives her the help that she needs, fixing not only her mismatched breasts but also her self-confidence.
Allegra loves her breasts and she has had various expanders put in to increase their size. She also pumps up her breasts at home. However, she has a problem. The bigger her breasts have grown, the more lopsided they have become. She visits Terry and Paul and asks for their advice but is told that implants could actually reduce the size of her breasts. This isn't the news that she was hoping for and she now has to make a decision. The doctors then meet Sharon, a woman who was born with a tumour on her butt. The growth was removed but as a result of this and her spina bifida, her backside began to expand in size. I don't think any plastic surgeon on earth has seen this, says Terry when he examines the unfortunate lady, and he has to contemplate a nip tuck like no other. Also on the show is Karissa, a 25-year old woman who had half her lip ripped off by a dog. This has badly affected her appearance so she turns to Terry and Paul for their specialist help.
