Doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif meet former reality television star Lindsey Nicholson ('16 and Pregnant') who is having shooting pains in her boobs because of a heavy implant. To help her, Terry suggests a breast reduction, as a smaller implant should lead to fewer complications. While they deliberate over what to do next, Lindsey has some surprising news for the famed plastic surgeons. Also on the show is Shannon, a young woman who wants the doctors to fix her chest. She has lost breast tissue because of a botched operation but Terry warns her that another bout of surgery could result in the loss of her nipples. Despite the risks, she still agrees to another procedure and as she's in the safe hands of a trusted doctor this time, there is much less chance of something going wrong. Then the doctors meet Michelle, who needs them to fix the scar tissue that has formed under her chin. An implant is to blame for the scarring but Paul has a plan that will help the woman.

The doctors meet Phoebe, an aspiring actress who is tired of the comments people in the media are making about her nose. She has one nostril that is bigger than the other and while this is the result of a nose job, there are those in the press who are making up their own stories about her nasal situation. A previous guest on the show, Frenchy, introduces Phoebe to Terry and Paul and they discuss her options with her. Another woman also comes to the doctors for help with her nose. This time it's McKenna, who had surgery to make her nose smaller after being bullied about its size at school. However, this left her with a bump on the end of her nose so she comes to Terry and Paul for help with her lumpy problem. The pair then help Kalin, who has had to duct tape her breasts together following a botched operation. Thankfully, the doctors have a better solution than duct tape and they get to work to return her breasts to normal.

The doctors see three patients who hid their plastic surgery from their loved ones… a woman whose butt cheeks were amputated to remove free floating silicone now has solid implants riding up on her hips, another whose crooked nose led to life-long insecurities, and an anime addict willing to risk her health to look more like a cartoon character.
