Also featured are her make-up artist Ariel Tejada, hair stylist Tokyo and assistant Victoria Villarroel Gamero. It also means that Kylie finally attends her own first prom - which is met with excitement from Albert's astounded classmates. Later, Kylie plays wingwoman to Jordyn to coach her through a blind date. Since the model can't be there in person to help out her friend, she comes up with the idea of using a walkie talkie to communicate with Jordyn as she navigates meeting a guy. To remedy her unusual issue, she decides to brave surgery again, but this time with doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif who have the skills that her previous surgeon lacked. She isn't the only person needing their help as Bunny, a cosplayer who once had plastic surgery to make her look more like her favourite cartoon character, comes to the doctors asking for bigger breasts. Not only is she having difficulty with her breathing but her confidence has become a problem too.
The doctors meet with a man who, after making a bet with a friend, decided to get man boobs. Concerned that his breast implants might now be a danger to him, he seeks the opinion of Terry and Paul. They give him the benefit of their experience, which includes a warning about making bets on his body. They also meet with Kierra, who is having issues with her lips. After having silicone treatment that left them looking asymmetrical, she asks the doctors for help. Later, they meet with Jessica, who wants the doctors to fix her stomach after having an emergency C-section. Unfortunately, she needs more than a simple tummy tuck as major surgery is required. There are also risks involved, as well as a long recovery time, but as she wants to heal both physically and emotionally, the operation is important to her. Matters are made more complicated when a very large hernia is discovered and an extra round of surgery is needed.
A woman with four implants in her chest seeks Dr Dubrow's help to remove them. Brittany has stacked implants, which means she has two implants in each breast. Dr Dubrow offers a remedy to her predicament. A transgender patient from Australia wants to add two implants on top of her head to replace her Bump It. Jolene thus pitches breasts implants for her head to the incredulous doctors. Dr Dubrow warns Jolene about getting surgeries that could kill her, saying don't be a pioneer testing limits. Finally, Dr Nassif tries to help an Italian woman get rid of her cannoli nose. For Norina, her nose job was a nightmare, with scarring and stitches still visible. She didn't even have a post-op check, and had to remove her bandages herself. As Dr Nassif sees it, Norina has an over-resected, short, crippled nose. He finds that it needs to be lengthened. There are risks to the surgery, but Norina is desperate to go ahead regardless.
