Roger Waters: The Wall in Berlin... Roger Waters was a primary creative force in Pink Floyd from 1965 to 1983 and wrote 'The Wall' in 1979. The Wall – Live in Berlin was a live concert performance held in Berlin, Germany, on 21 July 1990, to commemorate the fall of the Berlin Wall eight months earlier.
