Marcel Kaatee, Juliette Brans, Hans van den Hurk & Arno Schlijper - Seven Eleven: Back to the Source... Dutch band Seven Eleven is a mix of funk, jazz and hip hop. Founded in 1987, Seven Eleven is one of the first Dutch bands to perform with rappers, having collaborated with hip hop crew Dope Posse in 1990. Adding a superb horn section to the original line-up, they were awarded the 1993 Camelpop Award. Over the years, Seven Eleven released eight albums and played countless festivals, including three appearances at the prestigious North Sea Jazz Festival. Collaborations with legendary American funk artists such as Fred Wesley, Dawn Silva, Jeanette Washington and Louis Johnson followed. Guitarist Rob Manzoli of pop group Right Said Fred produced Seven Eleven's 2015 album Back to the Source in London. Today's broadcast presents the funkiest moments from Seven Eleven's Back to the Source tour.

Significantly, this was also the first live performance ever in Montreux of No-One But You, a song Brian was inspired to write in the city during the unveiling of the Freddie Mercury statue in 1996. Charles Bradley - Charles Bradley - Musiques en Stock 2016... Every July since 2001, France's 'Musiques en Stock' music festival has invited thousands of contemporary music listeners to the small city of Cluses. The festival's lineup invariably includes a wide range of artists from a variety of music genres. One of the acts of the festival's 2016 edition was Charles Bradley & His Extraordinaires. For decades Bradley made a living singing the music of James Brown, until he was discovered by Daptone Records, which eventually released Bradley's four albums. Rooting his music in funk, soul and R&B, Bradley is hailed for shaping the sound of the record label that first acknowledged his individuality. His 2016 performance at 'Musiques en Stock' is on the way to become a classic that epitomizes everything Bradley represents: it is full of raw energy, urban Afro-American culture, and classic 1960s vibes.

The Doobie Brothers - Live at the Greek Theater... Filmed at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley, California in 1982, this concert was the last date on the Doobie Brothers' “Farewell Tour”. It was an emotional night and would be their last gig for 5 years. The band played a set containing all their best loved hits from across their career and were joined by founder member Tom Johnston for the last two tracks, with former members John Hartman (also from the original line-up), Tiran Porter and Michael Hossack coming on stage for the celebratory finale of “Listen To The Music”.
