REALITY: Now closing in on Mexico and having spent nearly a month at sea, the crew are facing some realities they didn't expect.  It's cold, it's wet, and its nothing like what they were hoping.  Adding to the chaos, Barry is emotionally lost and opens up about what he left behind to go on this trip. As the crew pokes around Catalina Island and down into Mexico a reckoning with what the trip is and what they wanted it to be is on the horizon and with it a new reality of life.

San Borondón is a dangerous wave spot on the Canary Islands, which got its name from a legend of a phantom island, called San Borondón.The film producer Rayco Cano, his team and five big wave riders tell a story about the these huge waves. The film features windsurfing pro Daniel Bruch, German big wave surfer Alexander Zirke, Manuel Lezcano, Ayoze Fernandea and David Rodal Santiago Vilayta. San Borondón stands for big wave surfing and adrenalin driven surfers, who risk a lot on their surfing boards and SUPs. The jet ski is a necessary safety tool. But the course of Collin and his passion for surfing is really atypical and unique. In his quest for a wave, he decides to cross a step in 2017 when he wanted to be autonomous on the peninsula with a sailboat. Without any knowledge in the field, he carried out a professional training of marine navigation, bought a sailboat and took as headland Indonesia.

It takes place in October and takes the fleet in anti-clockwise around Sicily, Italy along 606 nautical mile journey, with sights that include the Strait of Messina, the azure clear waters of Sicily and the ultimate highlight, the active volcano of Stromboli. Tactically demanding, with famously changeable weather conditions, this is a classic test of seamanship.

Racing off Lagos takes place in the Atlantic ocean, but the waters here are protected by Cape St Vincent, the most southwestern tip of Europe, which is just 10km away. With sea breeze conditions and flat waters, the GC32 World Championships offered  perfect foiling conditions. And with the local organisers familiar with the GC32's it was set to be one of the best events of 2019.

San Borondón is a dangerous wave spot on the Canary Islands, which got its name from a legend of a phantom island, called San Borondón.The film producer Rayco Cano, his team and five big wave riders tell a story about the these huge waves. The film features windsurfing pro Daniel Bruch, German big wave surfer Alexander Zirke, Manuel Lezcano, Ayoze Fernandea and David Rodal Santiago Vilayta. Collin Martins is a chef with only one goal in mind: surfing. The bug came about at the age of 3 when his parents put him on a surfboard in Cap Ferret. It often starts like this. But the course of Collin and his passion for surfing is really atypical and unique. Charging south on the heals of incoming surf they land in the midst of reach surf culture and smack in the middle of society. RETURN: After nearly two months at sea, which now seems like lifetimes compounded by the suffering and challenge of the passage. The three are closing out their trip home and saving the best for last. Shocked by what seems to be death island, the three uncover shark hunters and in their last village before departure battle to resupply with the essentials of gas and water with the last pennies on the boat. Meanwhile the struggles of our filmmaker's journey return along with the fear of going back to all that was left behind.
